KGL provide administrative management of all the Kauriland companies eg: Corporate Services such as Finance, Human Resources, Communications and IT.

2. Kauriland Petroleum Limited
KPL is the Mobil wholesale distributor for the Northland Region with an Industrial/Commercial, Farm and Retail ( service station ) client base for Fuels.

3. Kauriland Lubricants Limited
KLL is the Authorised Lubricants Distributor of Mobil and Exxon branded lubricants for Northland, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty extending down to Taupo, and is the ExxonMobil National Marine Lubricants Distributor.

4. Kauriland Tanker Solutions Limited
KTS, under contract to Mobil, transports all Mobil’s Bulk Fuel requirements ( ~650 million litres ) across the North Island. KTS also provides labour resources for Aircraft Refuelling Services at Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown Airports.

5. Kauriland Aviation Limited
KAL supplies Bulk Aviation Fuels and Lubricants to the General Aviation customers across New Zealand. These typically are Agricultural Fertiliser companies, Tourist Flight Operators, Rescue Helicopter Operations and Flight Training Schools.

6. Kauriland MarineStops Limited
KMS is a retailing company that provides unmanned refuelling sites for Marinas and Truckstops across Northland and Auckland.

7. Intertruck Distributors North Limited
Intertruck provides expertise in parts and service to the Transport and Construction Equipment Industries through Workshops and Engineering divisions. Intertruck is also the TR Group Agent in Northland, based in Whangarei.
